Return Policy

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

 

At REVE by RENE we believe in the quality of our products and the service that we provide. However we also understand that sometimes you may not be happy with the product that you may have received. For this reason we provide to you a returns policy of 5 working days from receiving the item. You must notify customer care in writing at contact@revebyrene.com of your wish to cancel the order.

1. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our showroom. We also recommend that you  use a secure, trackable means to return your order  and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please make sure to provide us the tracking number of your return.

2. At the moment, Revebyrene.com does not handle the return transportation outside of HK. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

3. Before your parcel leaves our showroom, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.  All items must be returned new, unused, in perfect condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. All sunglasses have a seal label. If removed, BlackPremier.com may not accept their return or exchange and may send it back to the customer. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

4. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 10 days of receiving the items back at our showroom.
